Our design and engineering team of 6-10 members is led by an engineer who has about 15 years' experience in this line. We invest 15-20% of our annual sales in R&D every year and release 3-6 new designs monthly to update your selection.

Strict Quality Control (QC)

1. Our QC department is professional and controls the IQC materials, checking and testing half-finished products, and finished products, which leads to our good quality and low defective ratio.
2. We have our own R&D manager and R&D team expert in the portable Bluetooth speaker area, to ensure the speakers deliver superior performance and higher cost-effectiveness, for your OEM/ODM orders.
3. It meticulously oversees incoming quality control (IQC) for raw materials to ensure no substandard materials enter production.
4. For semi-finished products, the team implements multi-stage checks, such as functional testing for circuit boards and structural integrity assessments for casings.
5. As for finished products, we have electrical performance tests (verify Bluetooth connectivity stability, audio clarity, and battery life through automated testing equipment), drop tests, visual and tactile inspections, etc.
